Things to know before you book:

• All prices are inclusive of GST.
• Additional hire fee of $24.00 per bin per week applies if hire period exceeds the included term.
• Bins shall not be filled above the rim.
• It is hirer’s responsibility to ensure access points are free of stairs and bins fit through all doorways and lifts.
• Bins shall under no circumstances be left in public places unattended.
• Bins shall not contain Liquids, Hazardous materials, food waste, brick, soil or masonry. (light waste only)
• Any damage to bins will incur additional fees.
• Pick up and drop off times are strictly 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. If you need pick up or drop off outside these hours please contact CityBins to obtain a quote.
• Any damage to individuals or property caused by the handling of CityBins equipment is the sole responsibility of the hirer.
• The Supplier reserves the right to use Third Party Subcontractor's to fulfill the hirer’s Waste Removal Services.
• Removal of oversize items that do not fit in the bin can be arranged and will incur additional charges.
• Full bins shall only be moved by two people to avoid personal injury.
